It needs to be returned with a full tank of fuel. If the fuel is not competely full, the charge is 300 baht. If the fuel is almost full, the charge is 300 baht. If it is “only a little bit” the charge is 300 baht. If you feel this is unreasonable, bring the bike back completely full. PreviousAcceptDistance/Mileage Policy We do not have a daily mileage limit. However, you may not take our bike more than 75 KM (not “about” 75km) away from our shop. If you gps shows you go more than 75kms from our shop you forfeit 100% of all money paid. You are welcome to go outside of Pattaya City. If you have a mechanical issue outside Pattaya City we DO NOT offer any service, other than payment for the repair. If the bike can not be repaired where you are it is YOUR responsibility to get the bike to us for repair. Inside Pattaya City we will bring a replacement bike, when available, get the bike repaired, change back during business hours. Outside of business hours will get on it 1st thing the next day. PreviousAcceptInsurance/Theft/Damage/Loss The motorbike has standard govt insurance that only covers medical up to a limit. The papers are under your seat. There is no physical or property damage insurance. You are 100% responsible to all damage to the motorbike. We encourage you to take photos BEFORE you leave of the bike. Photos taken anywhere else will not be considered if the bike comes back with damage. If the accident is not your fault you are still responsible for the damage to our bike unless we work out an arrangement we deem acceptable with the other party’s insurance. If the bike is impounded you are responsible for all fees.. PreviousAcceptFlat tires We do not pay for flat tires after 4 hours.We do not offer flat tire service. If you run over something it is 100% beyond our control. A new inner tube at the closest shop is about 160 baht. If it is a tubeless tire you are welcome to have the shop install a tube. If this can not be done and the tire can not be repaired and new tubeless tire is about 950 bhat. PreviousAcceptLate Fees We tell you what day and what time your bike is due back at the time you rent it. If you would like to extend your rental, and the bike is available, let us know BEFORE your due back time. Late fee is 100 baht per hour. Failure to return the bike to our shop will result in the loss of 100% of your deposit( unless arrangements have been made at time of rental). You picked the bike up at our shop. You will return the bike to our shop or voluntarily forfeit 100% of your deposit. Poor planning on your part WILL NOT create an emergency on our part. PreviousAcceptEarly Return If you rent a bike for 1 week and return before 5 days you will be charged the daily rate. If you rent a bike for a month and return before 3 weeks, you will be charged the weekly rate. After 3 weeks there is no refund. We understand plans change and do not mind refunding unused the unused portion of your rent (100% at our discretion), but you get a discount for weekly and monthly rental. If you rent for 1 month and would like to extend for less than a month we use the monthly rate/day to calculate the fee. ( example: 2500 per month is 83b per day if you extend more days ). PreviousAcceptPhone Holder We gladly provide phone holders on almost all of our bikes for your safety and convenience. By using the phone holder you accept 100% of the responsibility if your phone gets damaged in any way. Phone holders are provided as a courtesy. We will not pay for damage to your phone if you use it. PreviousAcceptSpecial arrangements ANY AND ALL special arrangements MUST be made at the time of booking. If you do not plan in advance, we will not drop what we are doing with our family and tend to YOUR emergency. You know when your flight is, plan accordingly.
